Trinity Court Biography
Trinity Court is ideally located in the student hub of Aberdeen. Within a seven-minute walk is the University of Aberdeen or if you are studying at Robert Gordon University there are bus stops nearby, so you can be on campus in forty minutes. There are supermarkets, food outlets and bars all within walking distance and the city centre is just under twenty minutes by foot.
When it comes to hanging out with your friends, Trinity Court has great social events, a gated garden, a private outdoor recreation space and an on-site student lounge with a projector that can be used for gaming, movies or even interactive presentations. There are some excellent extra features too such as free car parking, WiFi, laundry facilities in every kitchen and secure bike storage. The building has 24/7 security and on-site maintenance support.
There’s a range of fully furnished double and single rooms that have either shared bathrooms or some have an ensuite. The rooms are in flats of between 3 or 4 people that share a communal kitchen. The kitchens are fully equipped so you can rustle up a delicious meal after a long day at university.

We love staying here. Any maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner - sometimes in the same day. The car park is a bonus. Our only problem has been with the WiFi where it can cut out randomly for an hour or so but this is only once in every few months. While it is due a renovation, particularly in the kitchen and bathrooms, it is an incredibly homely place to stay compared to other halls.

I enjoyed my stay at Trinity Court and would stay here again and recommend to others. The only reason I’m not living here again is because I’m about to go into my last year at university and would like to move out of student accommodation. I stay in a Premium Plus 3 bed flat and find it to be good value for money, it has good amenities with a washer/dryer and dishwasher in the flat which are a massive bonus for student accommodation. It also has a bath which again I find is rare for student accommodation. The bedrooms are spacious. The living area could be bigger but it’s big enough for 3 people. Any problems with the flat are fixed quickly and the staff are friendly. The building feels secure and there is car parking provided which is again rare for student accommodation. Overall it’s a lovely place to live. My only thing is that I wish our bathroom had a window or a fan that worked better as we have had issues with mould on the ceiling due to poor circulation.

The staff (receptionists, property management, cleaners, maintenance crew) all go above and beyond. All issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable. Social events are above and beyond with the ladies providing cakes and treats throughout the year, pancakes for pancake day, flowers on international womens day, notable sports events being celebrated in fun ways etc. The location is ideal for a quick walk to Aberdeen Uni and ASV, and is also close to shops. It is also easy to receive mail here which is a great bonus! The courtyard is excellent, with plenty outdoor benches and seats to socialise or spend time alone, there are bike sheds and plenty car parking spaces. Overall, the property is extremely well up-kept and the staff are phenomenal. The maintenance men are notably amazing, helpful and kind when in your flat and any problems or breaks fixed in no time. Great value for money too.

Staff are really friendly and make a lot of effort with tenants. Anytime I need maintenance sorted they’ve been at the door 10-15 minutes after the request was submitted which is great.

An accommodation is a place you should feel home and i can truly say that for Trinity Court, the management is always responds to our concerns asap. Good value accommodation that is close to the uni. There’s a real effort made to create a sense of community with regular social events like the welcome party. Maintenance are always quick to solve problems. The Wi-Fi is always fast enough and student life here is easy and enjoyable.

The staff at Trinity court were nothing short of incredible. They went out of their way to make us feel safe and comfortable. We felt as though we could always go to them with any sort of issue and they would always be willing to help. The maintenance team were always quick to respond to issues during office hours and often helped us with other issues too- such as minor things with our cars. There were only a few drawbacks that caused us some frustration. The first was the Wi-Fi which cut out a lot in the early days but improved with our stay for the most part. The only other frustration we had was that we found it difficult to get assistance outside office hours when it was needed (such as power outages) but again, I cannot fault the team with how quickly they resolved the issue once they were back in the office. I’d recommend a stay at Trinity Court to students at Aberdeen, especially in the early years of their degrees. The location is fantastic and the staff are wonderful

The maintenance team is super friendly and efficient, always really quick to respond to requests, and strives to do a great job every time! The accommodation itself is really good value for money, the flats are cosy and homey with all the added advantages of student accommodation (24/7 points of contact and maintenance, all bills included etc). The team is really lovely and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a great time at Trinity Court. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bedrooms are a good size and washing machines are included in the flats and price, unlike many other student accommodations! Really affordable price, close to the University of Aberdeen and a Tesco and a lovely court yard to hang out in.

This is my third year choosing to stay at Trinity Court and it has been an excellent experience. It is perfect walking distance to University, ASV and the local corner store. It’s great that all your bills are included as you don’t have to worry about any unexpected price rises and all maintenance requests are free and dealt with really quickly! The accommodation team have been incredibly helpful and very friendly. They are always willing to go the extra mile and help you in any way they can. I can’t fault it at all and cannot recommend staying here enough!

I have really enjoyed staying at Trinity Court, its in a brilliant location near the University of Aberdeen. The flats are nice, bright and not cramped, feels more like a private flat than student accommodation. The team working here are great too, they answer all questions or queries quickly and any maintenance issues have been sorted almost instantly by their friendly team. They've also been amazing during the pandemic and continue to work hard even when the circumstances have been difficult. I would recommend any student in Aberdeen to stay at Trinity Court too!

The staff is amazing and really helpful. Would definitely recommend it to anyone because of this. The maintenance team is also really fast to respond to any problems. I love the flat a lot and it is great value. I do not know about social spaces and experience probably but I think that might be because of the pandemic. The wifi is a bit slow but manageable.

Trinity is a good place to live. It is not student accommodation, but a family house. When you need help, they are there.

The wifi sucks. It cuts out multiple times a day and can be gone for like a half an hour. If I could give zero stars for the wifi, I would. It is so freaking cold all the time in the apartment, even with the heater on the highest setting. The cold air comes in through the windows even when fully closed and locked because the windows haven't been properly sealed to stop that from happening. The shower sucks. The temperature of the water changes many times a shower from warm to freezing cold. Many of the home appliances had to be changed when we moved in because none of them worked which was annoying. Why didn't they change them before we moved in? who knows :). Many of the other residents at trinity court cannot keep quiet during the nights and will full on yell and scream in the middle of the night which very annoyingly echoes in the courtyard. And if your apartment is on the ground floor, they will yell and scream also outside your window making it impossible to sleep.

Great location and overall a good flat. Maintenance staff are helpful most of the time, had a few issues trying to get their help and prove we actually knew what the problem was. Wi-fi is temperamental at best, had some real problems with it. However, with that all being says I'm sure happy to book again for next year!

Overall, have really enjoyed staying at Ardmuir. Whenever we had issues within the flat, they were always taken care of efficiently. Obviously lockdown has lowered the social scores, but only due to social distancing and not the flats themselves. We had several issues with the wifi, but the company had tried to improve our connection. However, we ended up buying ethernet cables to help with online university. Definitely recommend to other students; the value of money initially sold us and it is really helpful not worrying about bills. More importantly, the staff here are incredibly kind and accommodating.

Trinity court is the best value for money in Aberdeen. The rooms are decently sized and pretty well taken care of. The shared kitchen was a little shabby but nothing terrible. The maintenance team is amazing, they fixed our boiler same day, they replaced are worn out mattresses and even showed us how to work our heating when we couldn't figure it out. The internet is a little tricky, sometimes would disconnect randomly and my now tv stick didn't work on the wifi. Couldn't use the social spaces cos of COVID and only got the cleaning surface a couple times but they did a good job. Excellent location about half an hour walk from Aldi and Asda, five minute walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to University of Aberdeen.

Overall the stay here is dependent on the room they give you. Noise at night is an issue with seagulls, plumbing and boiler all making sound. On one occasion construction work took place at 2am so could hear hammering loudly.
My experience with Trinity Court has been a mixed bag. The location is excellent, except for football game days when the streets are flooded with people. That's not enough to knock a star off of the location, though, since it really is great. It's honestly one of the only things I liked about the flat. The biggest downside is the noise. Some of it seems near-constant on weekends and nights. The central office rents out the building in the courtyard during these times for parties and gatherings, forgetting the fact that the awful noise from this will be an inconvenience to nearly every single building. As a postgrad student, it was incredibly frustrating to have to deal with this nuisance on top of a busy schedule. If I hadn't run out of room, I'd go into detail on the ineffective and, once again, NOISY cleaning crews. And the maintenance team that never actually fixed two big issues, despite repeated visits. The mouldy bathrooms, poor quality appliances, and cheap furniture don't help.
I moved to Trinity Court in September 2018 with 2 friends I met when I came to uni in Aberdeen and we have already rebooked for next year. The flats are unlike any student halls I have been in, they are spacious and very well decorated, with a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer in every flat. There was a small issue when we move dingo the flat but Karen, the property manager and Alana, the assistant property manager along with their huge team of maintenance staff fixed the issue within 4 days, and were even kind enough to offer us vouchers for the inconvenience. Any time we have had a query, the girls have been extremely quick in answering, whether it is by email or face to face in the office. Ardmuir as a company are so student orientated and help you personally, you don’t feel like you’re just another number in a huge country wide corporation. I would say this was primarily for 2nd year above as you share a kitchen and a bathroom, so it is more intimate that some student halls.
Trinity court offeres great value for money. Location is absolutely superb, it’s very close to student sport village and the Uni of Aberdeen, also close to city center. The room are very cozy and nice, they feel like being at home. Kitchen is fully equipped (no extra spending for pottery), and building has a very nice green area in the center. Price is very competitive and makes great value / price ration (you get much more comparing to other nearby accommodation for a very reasonable price). Community is very friendly, there is a common room that can be used for movie nights, hanging out. The management and the staff are super prompt and friendly in solving any problem you might have.
Its been a home away from home. It is safe, quiet just 5 mins away from the main campus (if walking). The rooms are well furnished likewise the kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, pots and pans, electric iron with ironing board, so much more). The cleaners do a very good job. Its PERFECT.
