Blended learning.
OPEN DAYS:
On-campus open day 10th Sep.
TEACHING NOTES:
The timetabled in-person teaching, including labs and practicals, should continue as planned. Unless the situation changes, their expectation is that they will approach Semester Two using the same model for teaching as Semester One. Face coverings should be worn in study spaces and it is strongly recommended that they be worn indoors and when moving around University buildings.

Chemical Engineering, BEng Hons

Good facilities in a relatively new building, lecturers were very knowledgeable and engaged. The only real negative for me was finding out they have a large animal testing lab down in the South buildings... no need for that in this day and age and spoilt my final year thinking about the suffering going on in the building right next to me.

Interesting course that is more academically vigorous than other Universities. Only drawback is the compulsory biology module in first year.

Chemeng is very well taught at the University of Bath. The lecturers are passionate about their subjects and offer support after lectures and during office hours. Moodle, the internet platform for all courses, makes following lectures easier with all documents available as your lecturer publishes them. Graduates from this course have the best job prospects in Britain.

Great course and the labs are being rebuilt for 2016 so we get lots of new equipment! The only bit I'm not sure about is the compulsory biology module.
