Biomedical Science, BSc Hons
By member644951 On 22nd January 20£9250 for 24 weeks of uni is massively overpriced however this is down to the government and not the univeristy itself. teaching i would say on the whole varies depending on who it is some lecturers are very boring and just read slides off i have waited over a month after the deadline for a piece of coursework to be marked and when it was it had little to no feedback. i had lecturers turn up late and one even still drunk. others are great and engaging and actually enjoy what they teach and some only care about their research and honestly couldn't care less about your education. i have seen my personal tutor once in a group session and it was not useful at all. my experience has been average if you are expecting an amazing degree filled with lecturers on the cutting edge of research who are engaging any dynamic get high A level grades and go somewhere else.

Biomedical Science, BSc Hons
By member855174 On 12th March 21Biomedical Science is an amazing course with a great depth of studies. Tutors like Felicity Savage make the course enjoyable. The overall issue of the course lies in a few lecturers who either are too slow to reply or do not really interact with students or take on board information that students want them to take on board

Biomedical Science, BSc Hons
By member489u30 On 15th May 20The great thing about Biomedical Science is the endless avenues at the end of the course. I am hoping to go into medicine following my degree, but I know that should I change my mind I have many careers to fall back on. The teachers are incredible, the facilities are new and state of the art, the cohort was not what I expected - I suppose when you picture uni you just picture people all the same age and similar to you; however what I loved about my cohort is that it crushed that cynical thinking straight away. My cohort were incredible - we were like a big family, a whole range of ages, from 17-56! Could not have imagined anything better and we all supported one another if anyone needed help.
