I'm actually a MSc student. I love my course and think it has offered the skills and knowledge I need to move forward in my career choice. I think, the faculties have done extremely well dealing with and adjusting to COVID situation.

Geography and Geo-Informatics, BSc Hons

By pfxw95 On 25th August 16

Enjoyable course with a lot of variety and diversity within Geography. Experience some cutting edge research techniques, theories and software. Hands on practical fieldtrips locally and abroad to some of the most spectacular places in the world. Independent third year dissertation project (can be challenge!), however you have the freedom and scope to cover a vast array of topics and divulge into some exciting research. A variety of exams and coursework and practicals make up the course and are fairly weighted and require a good amount of background reading and research.

Geography, BSc Hons

Human geography during first year was not to my taste at all. Far too much abstract thinking and drifting into very sociological studies. However, I really discovered my interest for physical earth science through the geology module.
