I have had a great experience so far from my first year with great dedicated teachers as well as excellent learning facilities such as the multi storey library on campus as well as the vast number of computer available

History and Politics, BA Hons

The politics aspect of the course was exciting and interesting. History lectures were often dull and there wasn't enough topic choices.

History and Politics, BA Hons

I only averaged around 9 contact hours per week, though this is apparently common for the course. All lecturers and staff were incredibly knowledgeable about their subject and a wide range of courses were offered. The Politics department also arranged for a number of interesting guest lecturers and speakers throughout the year, ranging from diplomats to terrorism experts.

The course is really good and interesting, however I haven't heard from my personal tutor and so can't go to them for advice as I don't know who they are

Politics, BA Hons

Not offered as much as other courses in terms of contact time and resources and help considering we're all paying the same £9000 a year. Other courses were made to check in with their personal tutor once a week which I think is a great idea
