Univercity is not worth it, you are much better of going to another university (this is only for engineering) Teaching quality is generally good Personal tutor I see no point in having any, as you will see then once every 2 weeks for 45min-1hr, this does not allow in general for the Personal tutor to renember the people's face from what I have seen.
