Not a lot of staff that will be useful so you always need to be spending time figuring things out on your own. After you have, you can then ask support from your teachers. Otherwise the course is good.
The course was good, most of the modules were revelant to what I want to do but there was only one module, I didn't like or get why we games Programmers are doing and that was Artificial intelligence because what we were doing was more for driverless cars
My experience at this university is very positive. The teaching is excellent, with lecturers being more than happy to provide additional support if it is required. The lectures are very organised, the lecturers seem very passionate about what they teach and the course is intellectually stimulating.
Great course so far. If you are like me and studied a similar course in college, you might find the first year slightly lacking/ going over previously done work. This is purely to get everyone up to an equal level in the first year. I am 2 weeks into my second year and I can already see the workload/quality is skyrocketing.
Its a hard course but if you love Game art and design - its worth it.
