"Society, Culture and Media", BA Hons

By On 9th October 18

My course is very specialised and is not as common around the country, which is definitely something I looked into. I did not want to have the same degree as everyone else. It is a combination of sociology, politics and media studies and I cannot wait to progress further and explore my options.

Film and English Studies, BA Hons

I went with the subject I enjoyed the most at school and only fell in love with it more here! Whether you prefer poems over novels or theory over analysis there is a module option for you!

Film and Television Studies, BA Hons

By On 24th August 15

Has been some difficulties along the way which weren't no expected but also not the fault of the uni. Changes in modules have been an issue but my personal tutor is excellent had has really helped me progress academically and always checks up to see how I'm doing! The course content has got better and better as the modules have gone on due to freedom of choice and a change in teaching styles as our overall knowledge progresses. Fantastic course. Would definitely recommend especially to those new to the field of study.

Very interesting, the staff are all different with some being better than others but not a bad introduction to the first year
