I entered the university as a student from a underrepresented and disadvantaged background, and I believe the university needs to develop an approach for identifying and reporting bullying. Some lecturers have been known to disregard or
distort the negative impact of harmful behaviour, and blame or dehumanize the victim -- I was excluded from participating in the university as a whole during the first day.
As an adult autistic student in was encouraged by the reviews. However I have had to take the finance department to the 3rd stage of a complaint just to get an correct invoice. I have spent more time in the last year trying to get help from their 'disabilities ' service then I have on the actual work I have ment to be doing. And they dont even take the complaints seriously. Its sickening way to treat autistic people. Avoid
Media lecturer is a complete snob. One of my English lecturers is new and has no idea what's going on. I'm really sad that I've picked this university, it is really segregated and I'm really disappointed. I wish I chose somewhere more friendly.
