The facilities given to me are amazing and due to the easily accessible training, it's great to be able to practice on them. So many clubs and societies and if you see a gap in the market then the Union helps you set one up. Think my course is still a bit in the dark about careers but that's sure to change The wifi can be a bit iffy like any place, but any queries are sorted with pretty quickly read more

Poor teaching, hardly know the ins and outs of the film industry. Lack of teaching getting to know editing rather fund on computers instead of new cameras etc. read more

Careless lecturers, awful attendance system, outdated course content, failed course reworks (ones that even the average student complains about) and combined with the inaudible nature of the North (Midlands btw) Every lecturer that had any teaching skills and talent left for an actual company Lecture rooms are tiny and feel like you're in some 16th century victorian pub PCs were built by someone who has never built a PC, zero cooling but loaded with 3080s, their solution is to proceed to blame the program developers for crashes instead of their incompetent IT Every single year everything is scuffed no matter what, even after the same lecturer running it for 10 years they still can't get it right, always complications with basic necessities If you need any support, forget it, you probably won't even get a reply to any e-mail enquiry If you have a problem or feedback, good luck trying to get past the arrogance of people who should probably be the least arrogant. read more

Pretty good university, but perhaps too much focus on the games courses specifically. Would be better to distribute funds more rather than spending so much on something like eSports, for instance. I'm happy with my course but the foundation year felt like a waste as it was too generalised. read more
